Terms of Service

LeadMitra is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by K3 Tech. It is sold as monthly or yearly subscription plans, with prices shown on our pricing page. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

• LeadMitra helps you find publicly listed business contact information and manage your sales follow-ups. We do not guarantee any number of sales or replies.
• You are responsible for how you contact businesses. You must follow applicable laws, WhatsApp's policies and TRAI rules, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
• Do not use LeadMitra for spam, fraud, or contacting individual consumers without consent. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
• Lead limits are per plan and per billing period. Unused leads do not carry forward.
• The service is delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.
• We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

• We store your account details (name, email, phone), your business profile and the leads and notes you save, to provide the service.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• We never sell your data. Your leads are visible only to your account.
• We count website visits anonymously (page, source and device type) to improve LeadMitra. We do not store IP addresses or use advertising cookies for this.
• You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time using the contact details below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Every new account gets a free trial so you can test LeadMitra before paying.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime from Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Because leads are delivered digitally and immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged by mistake (for example a duplicate payment), contact us within 7 days and we will refund it to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Refer & Earn Terms

• Any LeadMitra account holder can share their personal referral link from the "Refer & earn" page. There is no fee to join and nothing to buy.
• Commission is paid only on real payments for LeadMitra plans – never for signing people up. On each payment made by a business in its first 12 months as a paying customer, commission is shared up to three levels: 7% to the person who referred that business (level 1), 5% to the person who referred them (level 2) and 3% to the next person (level 3).
• Commissions are held for 7 days (for refunds and disputes) and paid monthly by UPI once your available balance is ₹500 or more.
• Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, spam promotion, misleading income claims and refunded payments do not earn commission. We may cancel commissions or remove access to the program in case of misuse.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your commission income. We may change commission rates or these terms with notice on this page.
